UpStreamAds provides an informational website and an online advertising platform. This service is operated by Ludulicious B.V. (hereinafter: "LUDULICIOUS").

LUDULICIOUS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once they are published on the UpStreamAds website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and all subdomains under upstreamads.com.

Disclaimer

If you add content to UpStreamAds, you transfer all intellectual property rights to LUDULICIOUS and indemnify LUDULICIOUS against any third-party claims.
